“The technician arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after the 3 hour window. Perhaps because he spoke no English, he did not explain or apologize even after I suggested he had a tough day. Probably didn’t understand that as well. The actual work seems to have been done well.”

“Technician was quiet. Service was scheduled from noon to 3;00 pm. I received a test message indicating estimated time of arrival at 2:15 pm. Didn’t arrive until 3:08 pm.
Technician ran the engine of my car for a very long time. I don’t know the this was necessary and do know that other detailing I have had done did not run my car engine nearly as long.”
